Terms And Conditions

Product
All prices are in New Zealand dollars. Prices displayed include Goods and Services Tax. Delivery carton and all applicable packaging materials are included in the delivery price - you'll see this as you go through the checkout process. As flowers are subject to seasonal availability, the images represent a guide as to the product offered, if the exact product displayed by photo on the site is not available a similar one may be sent, but will not be of a lower value so you are not disadvantaged.

Credit claim request
All credit claims must be placed within 24-48 hours of receiving your flowers. We would need an invoice number with photos to resend onto our supplier if it is a quality issue or courier company if damaged during transit. Photos can be emailed to info@flower.co.nz Your credit will then be refunded back to the credit card that was used at the time of payment.

Delivery
Orders ideally should be placed 7 -10 days in advance. All orders / supply are subject to grower availability and supply at the time - if supply is an issue we will be in touch Flowers aren't a manufactured item, growers can only pick the flowers that are blooming at the time of harvesting.

For immediate ( short notice )Orders - if they are received before 2am Monday to Friday, they will be delivered the same day within the Auckland City region, subject to supply being available, if a product is not available you will be contacted on the number supplied.

Delivery addresses outside of Auckland can only receive flowers Tuesday - Friday, as couriers don't pick up on Sundays for Monday delivery or Friday for Saturday delivery.

Immediate Orders that are received after 2am will be delivered the following day, subject to product availability, however there are no deliveries on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays.

Delivering to the South Island is done by using Qantas. This service can only be used on Monday and Wednesday. Your delivery will leave on these days and be delivered overnight. There may be a delay in delivery due to weather conditions or courier issues.
When ordering, you can request a tracking number and we can send you these details to keep an eye on your order.

We don't deliver to "RD" - Rural Delivery addresses, due to the delay that may occur in getting the flowers to you in good condition.

If the address finder shows "no postal delivery" then you are certainly RD.

Once you have placed an order and it is accepted, a receipt will be emailed to the email address you have specified.

Requests for delivery at certain times of the day cannot be accommodated. We utilise different couriers for different areas where they specialise. We don't organise their delivery runs so cannot guarantee a delivery time. Although for large bulk orders we are able to liaise with you to find a suitable time, so that you are able to receipt them in upon arrival.

Please note that if a recipient is unreachable and there is a "secure" place to leave the flowers, then our couriers will do so at individual courier driver discretion. They will not phone a recipient to advise a time of delivery, or location the product is left. If there is not a secure place then the flowers are returned to the courier Depot for an alternative delivery time. If this is the case you will be charged for another delivery, as we are charged for all attempts if the first delivery is not successful.

Freight Cost

The cost of the freight that is generated on the website when placing an order is based on the calculation of your order fitting into one ( 1 ) carton - size as prescribed by our cartage contractors. If we need to use more than one carton to pack your order, additional freight will be charged for every additional carton used.
If you would like us to send you a track and trace for delivery, please let us know in the "Special Instructions" box before placing your order.

Cancellation of Order
If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us by email as soon as possible. If we have already ordered your flowers or foliage, or already dispatched your order we cannot retrieve it and it will be charged to you as per a normal order.
